Please contact Elán™ for a complimentary interview session. All information is kept confidential.

The one hour complimentary interview is an opportunity for the bridal couple to share their thoughts on how they want their wedding ceremony and reception week end to flow.

There are several information worksheets that are on this web site to be completed and returned to Elán™, prior to this appointment, which includes a basic information sheet, an agreement form, an additional services listing, and a form indicating the vendors who are already engaged for the wedding event.

Elán™ will assist the couple with a budget wheel, which helps the couple determine how much they may want to allocate in each category.

Based on all this information, Elán™ will proceed to contact or recommend vendors within the budgeted range after a deposit has been made as determined by the Fees & Services listed on this web site.

The Agreement is initialed and signed by the bridal couple, and the payment schedule is determined before appointments are set up in 2 hour blocks of time, with time allowed for the couple to meet vendors or see venues.

If only a coordinator is required, Elán™ will arrange for that person to meet with the couple at least 2 to 4 weeks in advance.

TERMS and CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT

  1. IF CANCELLATION OCCURS _______DAYS BEFORE THE WEDDING, REFUNDS ARE LIMITED TO: _______________________________________
  2. ALL VENDORS ACCEPTED BY THE CLIENT SHALL BE LIABLE FOR THEIR OWN BUSINESS PRACTICES AND SUITABILITY OF THE CLIENT. The CONSULTANT will do everything reasonable and prudent to assure that all the vendors chosen by the client are reputable and reliable. If a specific vendor CANNOT PERFORM, the Consultant, under this accepted agreement will make an effort to find a satisfactory substitute as DIRECTED BY THE CLIENT or in the Consultant's best judgment.
  3. THE CLIENT by signing this agreement agrees to hold harmless the Consultant for any error, non-performance, or change made by the VENDOR.
  4. Any NEW SERVICES not on the original agreement(s) will require a signed new agreement.
  5. In the event of litigation regarding this agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorney's fees.
